Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in store and digital selling including use of text social media and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and drive appointment based selling
- Provide style advice and product education to customers and peers
- Conduct DSA run product knowledge meetings and share brand performance insights
- Support department readiness through stocking remerchandising displays and price markdowns
- Grow sales through new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts and follow up with customers
- Provide product feedback to the district manager to influence assortment
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers
- Ability to excel in a competitive team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs including occasional cross department duties
- Comfort with reading sales reporting and understanding goals
- Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to educate customers on brands and fit
- Confidence selling across high and low price points and articulating product value
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer follow up and wardrobe recommendations
