Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through appointment-based and walk-in selling, using digital tools and reservations.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and personalized styling advice.
• Educate customers and peers on product knowledge and brand trends and lead DSA-run product meetings.
• Support department readiness with stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Drive business by opening new customer accounts and providing product feedback to management.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work a flexible schedule.
• Comfort educating customers on fit, style, and value across varied price points and reading sales reporting in relation to goals.
• Physical ability to be on your feet continuously, frequently bend and reach, and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
