Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate styles and fit solutions.
• Deliver personalized service and build loyal customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions.
• Achieve individual and department sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives.
• Support merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
