Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer follow-up.
• Build lasting customer relationships and provide confident guidance on style, fit, and wardrobe needs.
• Educate customers and colleagues about products, trends, and brand knowledge.
• Maintain the department through stocking, remerchandising, displays, markdowns, transfers, and cleaning.
• Support sales growth by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts and sharing product feedback.
