Development Manager - Retail Store Planning

The Development Manager, Retail Store Planning will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the Maison's real estate portfolio, contributing to the strategic vision and expansion of its boutique network. You will collaborate with teams across Store Planning, Real Estate, Retail Performance, and Finance to optimize the network's physical footprint and identify new business opportunities. Reporting to the AVP of Store Planning, you will support strategic projects aimed at advancing the Maison's market presence and operational excellence.

• Assess and analyze boutique projects by reviewing competition, profitability, and real estate developments.
• Gather market intelligence to provide insights and recommendations, confirming marketing potential.
• Evaluate suitability of new locations and liaise with real estate, legal, and landlord teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for project information and coordinate with local architects.
• Support building investment requests and contribute to market analysis.
• Create management presentations to address strategic objectives and make recommendations.
• Maintain accurate tracking of retail lease information and construction timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate project feasibility and organize the project pipeline.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, financial analysis, or project management.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Willingness and ability to travel for location scouting and site surveys.
