Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and video
• Perform accurate product assessments related to repairs and quality
• Create repair orders or provide care guidance to clients
• Assess incoming repairs against store documentation to determine repairability
• Use CRM systems to access technical data and process repairs
• Handle payment questions and provide quotations
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when necessary
• Meet assigned productivity and quality objectives
• Participate in mid shift training during initial weeks
