Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all domestic and international wholesale operations.
- Develop and execute wholesale strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key major retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Nordstrom.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts and terms with wholesale partners.
- Manage and mentor the wholesale team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in women's wholesale fashion.
- Extensive experience working with major retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, and Nordstrom.
- Strong merchandising and merchant sensibility with a keen eye for trends and product placement.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling wholesale operations.
- Experience in women's ready-to-wear is essential.
- International wholesale experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
