Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Director Wholesale at KREWE, you will lead and grow the wholesale business across key markets from our New York headquarters. You will oversee strategy, execution, and performance across various retail channels, ensuring alignment with KREWE's commitment to excellence and style.

Responsibilities
  • Establish multi-year growth strategies across all eyewear categories and partners.
  • Develop and maintain a twelve-month rolling budget of revenue and expenses.
  • Manage sales territory allocation and optimize sales rep structures.
  • Build and secure a pipeline of new business development opportunities.
  • Lead development of our wholesale loyalty program.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on sales performance and account satisfaction.
  • Own the wholesale calendar and manage inventory forecasts and pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Logistics teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in wholesale sales leadership with P&L accountability.
  • Track record of delivering continuous growth within the eyewear industry.
  • Proven ability to establish and drive sales processes from pipeline management to acquisition of new accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
