Responsibilities
- Develop and execute wholesale strategies targeting major department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Saks, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale’s, as well as specialty accounts.
- Expand and manage wholesale operations across North America, including both the US and Canada.
- Identify and establish new retail partnerships to increase brand presence and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and optimal presentation in retail locations.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with key luxury partners, including hotels, fashion brands, and airlines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and drive growth.
- Lead and mentor the wholesale team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in wholesale or retail management within the luxury fashion industry.
- Proven track record of independently owning and opening wholesale accounts with major department stores and specialty retailers.
- Strong understanding of the North American retail landscape, including key players and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

- Ability to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
