Requirements- 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
- Proven performance delivery against sales and processes.
- Jeweler or timepiece product knowledge.
- External Jeweler or Retail qualifications.
- Proven track record of sales achievements.
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets.
- Highly numerate with ability to analyze sales performance.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing showroom team.
- IT literate with evidence of CRM and networking skills.
- Ability to travel for business and work long hours when required.
- Physical ability to lift packages and stand for long periods.
