Responsibilities- Define the annual strategy and budget to sustain and grow existing accounts while maintaining qualitative distribution.
- Recommend and implement strategic initiatives to improve business quality, including activations, co-op agreements, and product trainings.
- Provide regular sales analysis and collection feedback to determine future budgetary plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and execute strategies for new account acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of wholesale strategy with brand objectives.
- Manage open-to-buy and inventory levels for wholesale accounts.
- Sell collections in Paris to current and potential wholesale accounts and manage replenishments.
- Monitor timely deliveries of merchandise and ensure proper representation of collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and store managers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with wholesale partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions for wholesale staff.
- Monitor and address issues related to product quality, delivery, or customer service.
Requirements- Minimum of 8 years of relevant progressive experience, including people management.
- Wholesale experience required; experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of retail math, including markup, margin, and inventory turnover.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel 20% of the schedule and flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
