Distribution Center Associate Senior

As a Senior Distribution Center Associate at RH, you will play a crucial role in managing physical inventories and ensuring proper stock rotation. You will engage with teams and leadership to implement best practices, maintaining a high level of quality in all operations.

• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment.
• Use radio equipment for picking, receiving, put-away, and load functions as required.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure tight inventory control and security.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage, reporting any quality variances.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Conduct operations safely and in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

• 1+ years of distribution experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow.
• Superior organization and leadership skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire yourself and others.
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
