Operations Associate

Our Louis Vuitton Easton Columbus is seeking a motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Part Time Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will secure back-of-house efficiency, supporting the team in providing efficient service to clients and ensuring all processes are completed in line with the standards of the brand.

• Manage inventory effectively to support store operations.
• Provide exceptional client services and support.
• Maintain store facility and systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle financial tasks and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with client care and alterations when applicable.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for efficiency and excellence.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
