Responsibilities
- Perform deliveries and facilitate the selling process following company policies and procedures
- Assist selling associates in the Fifth Avenue Club as needed
- Support asset protection programs and communicate standards store-wide
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching and development of staff investigators
- Provide daily supervision and guidance to investigators to ensure adherence to guidelines and laws
- Participate in annual physical inventory and reconciliation processes
- Perform operational audits and internal self-audits in sensitive areas
- Maintain physical security standards and initiate timely adjustments
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities and problem resolution as required
