Summary
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Associate is responsible for preparing, packing and shipping online orders, processing returns, and supporting e-commerce logistics to meet SLAs and KPIs. This hands-on role requires prioritization in a fast-paced environment, resolving escalations and coordinating with internal teams to maintain smooth fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, pack and ship e-commerce orders including gift wrapping with attention to detail
- Process customer returns within company specified SLAs
- Lead e-commerce logistics escalations for dedicated and central stock to meet SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee pending returns and communicate status with vault and relevant teams
- Resolve customer complaints related to returns, damages and replacements
- Manage inbound gifting inventory and allocations tracking pending gifts and transit
- Develop status reports to inform teams on outstanding claims
- Organize team schedules for peak holiday seasons collaborating with logistics
- Provide support to shipping department after e-commerce tasks are completed
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 year of professional experience in e-commerce, fulfillment or logistics preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and Excel
- Knowledge of POS systems and e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce preferred
- Ability to learn new software quickly; SAP experience is a plus
