Summary
Support the Fragrance and Beauty eRetail team by managing end-to-end trafficking and delivery of creative assets to retail partners, ensuring digital shelf execution aligns with strategic vision. Act as operational backbone interfacing with internal and external teams to maintain timelines, quality, and site readiness while supporting senior managers and cross functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Maintain eRetail calendars with site exposure dates campaign windows and asset deadlines
- Own project management timelines and deliverables for creative asset planning
- Manage delivery and internal routing of campaign placements between internal and external teams
- Conduct daily site checks and perform rigorous quality assurance on retailer sites
- Upload audit and push below the fold content to retailer .coms
- Manage review seeding and sampling program operations and technical integrations
- Support sampling operations and vendor management for automated site monitoring
- Support 360 launch brief inputs and competitive landscape research
- Maintain monthly scorecard tracking asset delivery timeliness and live site experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in eBusiness Marketing Planning or Business Development
- Strong time management reliability organization and detail orientation
- Proven experience with Excel Smartsheet or similar and PowerPoint
- Strong workflow prioritization and project management skills
- Experience interacting with retailers preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage up when needed
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in New York City three days per week and occasional local travel
