Summary
Seeking an Ecommerce and Digital Performance Marketing Associate to support paid media execution, analytics, and cross functional reporting for a high growth D2C ecommerce brand. This onsite role at the New York headquarters requires a data driven marketer who can build dashboards, analyze performance, and partner with creative and marketing teams to improve acquisition and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards and reports using ecommerce, CRM, advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Compile and distribute consistent performance reporting for ecommerce stakeholders.
- Assist in planning, execution, optimization and analysis of paid media across Paid Social, Search, Affiliate and SEO.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS and LTV and analyze creative performance.
- Collaborate with design and content to develop compelling ad creatives and A/B tests.
- Build and execute A/B testing strategies for creative messaging, landing pages and bidding.
- Coordinate reporting from planning, customer service, retail and wholesale teams.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and leverage insights to improve marketing performance.
- Stay current on platform best practices and trends and support cross functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in growth marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics Data Analytics or related field.
- Hands on experience operating Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns at a high growth ecommerce company or agency.
- Deep understanding of campaign and creative optimization for Meta TikTok Google and YouTube.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets and familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 and TripleWhale.
- Experience managing budgets and contributing to forecasts.
- Familiarity with Affiliate Partnership and Creator marketing.
- Experience with eCommerce start ups and D2C consumer brands and working on multi million dollar media budgets.
