Summary
The Web Operations Associate supports daily digital operations and coordinates promotional and seasonal launches to deliver a world-class online customer experience. This role partners with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and maintain web content and operational workflows across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of creative assets and messaging across platforms within scope
- Plan and execute promotional activities with the Web Operations team
- Collaborate with Creative, Design, Project Management, Content Marketing, and Stores teams for campaign execution
- Manage SEO-related updates including meta titles and descriptions
- Create and maintain JIRA tickets for assigned responsibilities
- Present weekly production updates on project status and upcoming launches
- Coordinate with Store teams to maintain accurate store hours and information
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues with cross-functional partners
- Update and maintain team documentation and participate in process improvements
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in digital operations, web content management, or e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
- Proficiency with JIRA, Airtable, Monday.com and working knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer experience
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Flexible with work hours during peak periods and launches
