Summary
The Online Beauty Consultant provides personalized beauty advice and e-commerce support through remote channels including email, live chat, phone, and social media, delivering a premium client experience and supporting post purchase assistance and loyalty generation.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries across remote channels including delivery, order status, technical issues, and complaints
- Provide personalized beauty advice to help clients choose products
- Support clients during the online purchasing journey to enhance conversion
- Generate revenue through cross sell and upsell on remote channels
- Collect client data and opt ins to improve CRM performance
- Follow up with dissatisfied clients and resolve complaints
- Process orders and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Work with Team Leader and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
- Strong active listening and clear communication skills
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under stress
- Problem solving, judgment, and adaptability in client situations
- Proficiency with basic computer tasks and digital tools; Salesforce experience a plus
- Quick learner with ability to absorb product and brand knowledge
- Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks in a fast paced environment
- Experience in luxury, cosmetics, or sales environments preferred
