Engineer 2 - Workday Configuration

As an Engineer 2 specializing in Workday Configuration, you will be a key member of the Employee Experience team within the Technology function. This hybrid role based in Seattle, WA, involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday systems in a large enterprise environment, utilizing advanced Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors skills.

• Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, payroll, recruiting, learning, and integration.
• Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Design and manage complex business processes within Workday.
• Create and manage advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
• Configure and manage Workday security groups and roles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues, optimizing system performance.
• Manage system changes and ensure smooth transitions.

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday in a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Advanced skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
