Responsibilities- Perform all steps involved in the preparation of crystal merchandise for the etching process, including unwrapping, inspecting, and counting.
- Set up film on crystal pieces using measuring guides and tools according to servicing instructions.
- Remove excess materials and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control to address overages and shortages.
- Ensure timely processing of fragrance orders and track Customer’s Own Merchandise orders.
- Perform final washing and drying of crystal after sand blasting.
- Follow departmental SOPs and ensure quality control of etched orders.
- Communicate quality issues to Management, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and support all Personalization areas and Distribution as needed.
- Consistently follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
Requirements- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Flexibility to change functions as needed and work independently or in a group.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift 35lbs, with occasional lifting of 50 lbs.
- Two years of work experience in a technical or production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of PKMS and WMS preferred.
