Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day sensitive and confidential business activities of the Executive.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the Executive’s calendar to prioritize business needs.
- Evaluate and screen incoming calls for priority and resolution.
- Handle internal and external correspondence independently.
- Execute travel arrangements for the Executive.
- Represent the Executive in meetings where their presence is not required.
- Prepare and submit expense reports and manage departmental spend.
- Coordinate senior Executive meetings and prepare confidential materials.
- Order office supplies and assist with office area preparation for new hires.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience supporting an executive, preferably in the fragrance and beauty industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels.
- Proactive and responsible with minimal direction needed.
