Summary
Provides high-level administrative support to the EVP and Chief Financial Officer, helping promote the effectiveness of the executive office. This in-person role requires sound judgment, discretion, proactive coordination, and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange domestic and international travel.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, budgets, expense reports, and conference materials.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Coordinate conference and meeting logistics, including venues, contracts, catering, audiovisual needs, and room arrangements.
- Support financial initiatives, special projects, accounts payable, and general departmental administration.
Requirements
- Five or more years of Executive Assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated discretion handling sensitive financial information and the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work in person Monday through Friday, with flexibility for early or late meetings, events, and business needs.
