As an Expert Client Advisor specializing in Watches & Jewelry at Louis Vuitton Ala Moana, you will be a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional client experiences and showcasing your expertise in the product category. You will guide clients across the brand, ensuring their needs are met with passion and precision.

• Act as the go-to person in-store for selling and clienteling techniques related to Watches & Jewelry.
• Partner with the Manager to provide feedback and drive business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and business information through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Assist in team observation during the selling ceremony and introduce product categories.
• Lead by example in managing your own client portfolio and demonstrating clienteling options.
• Drive the Watch & Jewelry business in-store and lead product training and new launches.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and product category.
• Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills.
• Proven track record as a sales leader in the area of expertise.
• Outstanding product knowledge and analytical abilities.
