Summary
The FP&A Analyst, Consolidation NA Wholesale supports the North America Wholesale FP&A team by delivering financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, Planning, and Shared Services to ensure accuracy in budgets and forecasts and to support data-driven decision making. The analyst will own e-commerce and shared services financials and contribute to process improvements and ad hoc analyses.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes for E-Commerce and Shared Services within the division
- Support month-end close including journal entry preparation, accruals, and variance analysis in partnership with accounting
- Manage weekly wholesale e-commerce performance and related forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare monthly operating expense forecasts for Shared Services including payroll, T&E, capital, and store props/fixtures
- Monitor and reconcile Shared Services headcount on a monthly basis to ensure alignment with Workday
- Act as the finance business partner for E-Commerce & Shared Services, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Prepare weekly sales flash reporting in collaboration with the Sales team
- Perform ad hoc analyses and support special projects as required
- Identify and implement process improvements and build consistent finance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance or accounting experience with a focus on planning and analysis
- Advanced competency in Excel; experience with SAP/MicroStrategy and Hyperion/Essbase is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to build professional relationships across levels
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
