Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Summary

The FP&A Analyst will partner with Creative and Production teams to support corporate financial planning, forecasting, and executive reporting. The role builds and maintains financial models, delivers variance analysis, and contributes to annual operating plans and budgeting. The analyst will identify process improvements and support strategic ad-hoc analyses to drive accurate forecasting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and planning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect inputs for monthly financial reporting
• Create executive-level financial reports and variance analysis for senior leadership
• Lead development of annual operating plans and budget cycles with business stakeholders
• Conduct competitive benchmark analysis and set performance targets
• Identify and implement process improvements and standardize reporting tools and templates
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Execute ad-hoc financial analyses and support strategic projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of FP&A or related corporate finance experience
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SAP, MicroStrategy, Hyperion/Essbase a plus
• Experience in retail/apparel industry preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
