FP&A VIE

The FP&A VIE will support the Americas Finance department with financial analysis and reporting across corporate, wholesale, and retail networks. This role will be actively involved in monthly closing, forecasting, and financial analytics while contributing to key projects that enhance financial processes. Additionally, this role will act as a key business partner, working closely with assigned departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive efficiency.

• Support monthly closing processes, including accrual calculations, P&L reviews, and variance analyses.
• Contribute to monthly management reporting by compiling financial data and presenting insights clearly.
• Participate in forecasting cycles, gathering inputs from various departments and synthesizing information into cohesive financial projections.
• Collaborate with assigned departments to provide financial insights and analyze key performance metrics.
• Enhance and optimize existing analytical tools, reporting processes, and systems to improve efficiency, automation, and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Prior experience in FP&A, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Adaptable to fast-paced business environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently.
