FT Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional lifestyle experiences and drive sales by offering personalized styling and clienteling. They build lasting customer relationships, support team goals, and act as leaders within the store with opportunities to progress into management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while leveraging digital tools for clienteling.
• Coach Brand Ambassadors, participate in store and company initiatives, and maintain store visual standards.
• Capture customer data in CRM, balance tasks across the sales floor, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills with the ability to provide personalized styling advice.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
