Responsibilities- Execute activities of the housekeeping and facility maintenance department to ensure optimum service level.
- Perform quality repairs and upkeep of all areas of the facility including building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
- Lead lunch and dinner services, refreshment stand setups, and maintain kitchenette appliances.
- Ensure campus grounds and landscaping are maintained regularly.
- Conduct carpet repair and cleaning, move furniture, and hang art and décor.
- Maintain a safe work environment by observing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
- Manage expense spending to ensure maximum value when purchasing supplies and repair parts.
- Work with third-party services to meet daily operational needs.
- Ensure work orders are completed as required to meet operational needs.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts.
Requirements- Minimum of 1 year in a hospitality, restaurant, or retail position.
- Experience in a hospitality environment with an elevated standard of service.
- Service-oriented with a "yes, I can" attitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to resolve issues through a quality filter.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a plus.
