- Maintain awareness of company, boutique, and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals.
- Assist with regular back-of-house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and maintain set standards.
- Ensure the highest standards in all aspects of sales and after-sales service, including a positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data, and timely follow-up.

Requirements- Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
