Fashion Advisor - Miami Design

Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service using fashion expertise to drive client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. Work as part of the boutique sales team reporting to boutique leadership and support client sales, repairs, and outreach to elevate the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors
• Deliver prompt professional warm and courteous service to clients
• Build genuine relationships through thoughtful consistent outreach and follow up
• Support client sales and collaborate with the sales team to drive business results
• Manage intake of repairs and maintain follow up on repairs and alterations
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently exceed client expectations
• Represent the history and product offerings of the brand during client interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for fashion and client experience
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
