Summary

The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for La Prairie within a Bloomingdale's store in Aventura. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining premium brand presentation. The advisor will perform make-up applications, product demonstrations, and support merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to customers.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store performance targets.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to educate clients.
• Maintain brand presentation, merchandising standards, and stock levels on the floor.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and manage client bookings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail or beauty experience, preferably with luxury cosmetics or skincare.
• Strong product knowledge of luxury cosmetics and skincare and ability to advise clients.
• Proven sales record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
