Summary

Provide an elevated client experience on the sales floor by converting walk-in traffic into customers and building lasting relationships to drive revenue and brand loyalty. Work collaboratively with the boutique team to deliver attentive, professional service and support client retention through follow-up and personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to create desire for product and convert visits into sales
• Develop and maintain client relationships through consistent outreach and personalized service
• Collaborate with boutique leadership and sales team to meet business and clienteling objectives
• Manage repairs and alterations intake and follow up with clients to ensure resolution

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or client-facing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; foreign language skills preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; ability to lift up to 15 lbs
