Fashion Advisor - Wynn

Summary

As a Fashion Advisor at the Wynn boutique you will deliver a superior client experience to drive sales, conversion, and long-term client retention. You will work full-time on the sales floor as part of a sales team and report to boutique leadership, using your fashion expertise to inspire clients and foster brand loyalty. The role requires direct client outreach, managing repairs and alterations intake, and consistently exceeding client expectations to support business results.

Responsibilities

• Convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors through personalized styling and product knowledge
• Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience
• Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
• Manage repairs and alterations intake and maintain timely client communication
• Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to meet sales targets and drive revenue

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related retail or fashion experience
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform front-of-house in-store duties
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred
