Responsibilities- Optimize the client experience according to our Client Service Values, fulfilling clients’ needs through genuine, flexible, and tailor-made service.
- Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of Company, Boutique, and personal sales targets and performance, working towards all commercial objectives and goals.
- Assist with regular back of house operations and review alterations and holds as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain knowledge of current merchandising guidelines and always maintain set standards.
- Ensure the highest standards in all aspects of sales and after-sales service, including a positive mindset, flexibility in understanding customer needs, accuracy in capturing data, and timely follow-up.
- Uphold the image of the Brand Ambassador by conveying a professional and sophisticated image through impeccable personal grooming and etiquette.
Requirements- Luxury retail selling experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
