Summary
Lead and inspire the retail team to drive Ready-To-Wear sales and deliver elevated client styling experiences at the Lenox Square store. Serve as a brand ambassador, developing selling associates through coaching and training while aligning styling initiatives with commercial objectives and market insights.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales targets and grow Ready-To-Wear metrics by connecting styling with commercial goals.
- Lead development of selling associates through quality training and coaching.
- Partner with leadership to manage appointment schedules using business performance data.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis of RTW associates using KPIs and assessments.
- Promote client-centric excellence and increase team knowledge of brand history and product launches.
- Collaborate with Lead Stylist and Regional Merchandising Director on training and styling strategy.
- Perform market and competitive analysis to identify trends and positioning strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in luxury retail or styling.
- Leadership experience or history of independent styling.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Elevated and sophisticated communication skills.
- Proven track record developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
- Passion for fashion and the luxury goods industry.
