Financial Planning Analysis Manager

As a Financial Planning Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance team by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. You will ensure financial goals are met and monitor the company's financial performance through robust reporting and compliance controls.

• Oversee budget construction and reforecasts, partnering with corporate, retail, and wholesale business partners.
• Manage consolidation and analysis of financial statements during monthly closing reporting.
• Analyze PL elements and present financial results to business partners quarterly.
• Oversee CAPEX management and provide quality reporting and guidance.
• Own the yearly retail price update in partnership with Merchandising and Operations teams.
• Provide audit information requests and prepare financial information for insurance processes.
• Perform financial controlling functions in the procurement system.

• 5+ years of experience in a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• IFRS GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to build successful relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Significant budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to travel as needed.
