Summary
Seeking a motivated FP&A Manager to join the Americas FP&A team supporting multiple brands, overseeing regional financial performance, developing forecasts, tracking results, and delivering insights to drive business decisions in a fast paced multibrand retail and wholesale environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for US Canada and Caribbean/Latin America using SAP and SyRUS
- Analyze actuals versus budgets and prior year results and perform variance analysis
- Deliver detailed P&L analysis to internal stakeholders and Headquarters
- Monitor and evaluate expenses by channel and cost center and identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure budget adherence and provide financial guidance
- Monitor profitability by channel retail and wholesale and by store
- Contribute financial analysis for Capex projects including store openings renovations and relocations
- Participate in the annual budget cycle and develop key P&L assumptions
- Manage and develop an Analyst
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A
- Prior retail experience preferred and multi brand environment a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of SAP
- Proven ability to build financial models from scratch
- Strong analytical skills critical thinking and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced setting and manage competing priorities
