Financial Rotational Program Summer 2026

Summary

Accelerated three-year Finance Rotational Program with three unique rotations across finance supporting core retail business units and functions. The program develops candidates toward a senior financial analyst role through hands-on experience in financial modeling, reporting, forecasting, and partnership with business stakeholders. This role begins August 2026 and is hybrid requiring four in-office days per week in Downtown Seattle.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three finance rotations such as FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Technology Finance, Digital Finance, or Merchandising Finance
• Develop and maintain financial models to address business needs
• Create and analyze period financial reporting to ensure accuracy and provide insight
• Support month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with the annual budget process and align plans with business partners
• Identify and present trends and opportunities to support management decisions
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners and serve as a financial subject matter expert
• Perform ad hoc reporting, projects, and analysis

Requirements

• BA or BS degree
• 1+ year of related financial experience, including internships
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Cognos and or Essbase preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Seattle and commit to the three-year program
• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship
