Summary
Senior Financial Analyst supporting store leadership and end to end stores finance with responsibility for financial modeling, analysis, and partnership to drive store profitability. This hybrid role in downtown Seattle collaborates with store teams to assess performance, simplify reporting, and support decision making through clear communication and business partnership.
Responsibilities
- Support store business financial accountability from sales to profitability through weekly and monthly processes
- Analyze key performance drivers and provide insights to store leaders to inform decisions
- Perform ad hoc analyses, trainings, and special projects and communicate findings to leadership
- Prioritize competing business needs and manage deliverables in a timely manner
- Drive improvements and simplify reporting, forecasting, and continuous planning processes
- Partner across finance and store teams to build trust and influence actions
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in complex datasets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business finance economics or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis modeling budgeting and managing complex datasets
- Strong verbal and written communication with ability to up level analysis to leadership
- Experience with SQL advanced datasets and Anaplan preferred
- Proven ability to develop effective business relationships at all levels
- High attention to detail and accuracy
