Summary
The Flex Assistant Stylist supports Salesperson Video Program by receiving and preparing samples for video shoots, coordinating with on-set crews and Project Coordinators. This on-call flexible role requires travel between store locations and variable hours during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare samples for video shoots including hanging, steaming, and removing tags and censors
- Ensure all product is prepped and labeled accurately for assigned filming shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area according to program and store guidelines
- Communicate product discrepancies and damage to Project Coordinators and regional Producer
- Procure items from the salesfloor following store guidelines for dress and customer interaction
- Partner with store logistics teams to ensure inventory is checked out during filming
- Maintain understanding of video sample processes and tools
- Communicate with program teams via Teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate of Arts degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce assisting experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of high-end retail and Nordstrom service environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
