Summary
The Sales Assistant supports the Executive Sales Professional by managing client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow up, and in-store service to deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience and drive sales productivity.
Responsibilities
- Support client correspondence, appointment booking, and order follow up including shipping and returns.
- Assist with alterations, order placement, tracking, and paperwork completion.
- Provide in-store client service and personalized hospitality in partnership with store leadership.
- Ring client transactions for sales and returns as needed.
- Facilitate product transfers from other stores for appointments or consignments.
- Conduct personalized outreach to re-engage lapsed clients.
- Support product pulls, fitting room setup and recovery, and maintain floor presentation standards.
- Capture client information in the concierge app and maintain organized client engagement processes.
Requirements
- Past retail selling experience preferred.
- Interest in luxury products and commitment to best-in-class service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proactive, takes initiative and participates in product and service training.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines.
