Summary
The Flex Associate Producer Salesperson Video supports salesperson video shoots for Nordstrom.com with a flexible on-call schedule. This role requires strong communication and organization to manage prep work and on-set production to deliver a great online customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up video set daily including filming fixtures, laptop, and product for shoots
- Prep talent on product and workflow and adhere to filming schedule to meet throughput goals
- Assist in product prep and wrap-up including hanging, steaming, tagging, boxing, and shipping
- Coach talent on set to create engaging content
- Support training of new crew on occasion
- Provide accurate data entry and process tracking
- Communicate on-set progress and process efficiencies to program teams
- Coordinate with store teams and regional leaders to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- 2+ years experience producing video for e-commerce commercial or retail
- Self-motivated highly organized and goal-oriented team player
- Experience executing video shoots from start to finish
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and production team
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
- Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast changing environment with shifting deadlines
- Styling experience preferred
