Flex Associate

Summary

The Flex Associate supports customers with merchandise selection and delivers a positive in-store shopping experience. This part-time role also helps maintain sales floor standards and contributes to store sales and customer loyalty goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise, share product knowledge, and inform customers about promotions.
• Build customer relationships and support sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty goals.
• Process transactions accurately and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
• Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, complete markdowns, and uphold merchandise presentation standards.
• Follow asset protection procedures and complete assigned tasks or projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a results-driven approach.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with knowledge of and interest in fashion.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale and store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
