Floor Set Associate

Summary

The Floor Set Associate supports the execution of merchandise floor sets and maintains the visual standards of the gallery. The role works collaboratively with gallery leadership, curators, and facilities teams to bring the creative vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandise floor sets while upholding the gallery's visual integrity.
• Support visual standards, signage placement, gallery maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Assist with moving and placing inventory.
• Work with gallery leadership, curators, and facilities leaders to execute creative direction.

• Experience following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds, maneuver around gallery and stockroom spaces, and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of operating power tools or appliances.
