Summary

The Fragrance & Beauty Advisor serves as a CHANEL brand ambassador, creating welcoming and elevated experiences for clients. This full-time, in-store role builds lasting client relationships and supports sales through expertise in fragrance, cosmetics, and the brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service, deepen client relationships, and build loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets by using product knowledge, services, and client data to recruit and retain clients.
• Provide a seamless experience across in-store and online channels, and resolve client situations according to company standards.
• Share brand knowledge, support events, maintain a clean and professional work area, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in seasonal learning and apply product education in daily client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Passion for client experience, CHANEL, and its beauty products, history, and offerings.
• Knowledge of and passion for cosmetics and fragrance; artistry skills and direct brand experience are preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 pounds.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
