Stylist

Summary

The Stylist represents the Maison and welcomes guests, providing trusted advice and a personalized luxury shopping experience. This role builds lasting client relationships while supporting sales, clienteling, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
• Use clienteling tools to reach out to clients, capture client information, and complete CRM activities.
• Work toward individual and store sales, KPI, and CRM targets, using omnichannel services to grow sales.
• Maintain the store environment, support inventory activities, and follow store and back-of-house guidelines.
• Support after-sales clients and communicate store repair needs to management.
• Complete required training and participate in commercial activities.
