Gallery Host

Summary

Provide world-class guest service as the primary greeting and wayfinding representative for the Gallery. Manage check-in for interior design appointments and restaurant waitlist, oversee coat and umbrella check and provide occasional concierge and valet validation. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold RH values while supporting daily gallery operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients enthusiastically upon entry to the Gallery
• Manage wayfinding and check-in for interior design services and restaurant waitlist
• Provide coat and umbrella check and concierge assistance when needed
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station daily
• Monitor Gallery areas to ensure cleanliness safety and code compliance
• Support onsite and offsite events as required
• Document and communicate guest feedback and escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic accountable and team oriented
• Reliable dependable and responsible
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods
