Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment, displays, and facilities on the Gallery sales floor. Support timely order fulfillment and inventory readiness by ticketing merchandise, organizing furniture movement, and processing shipments. The role is physically active and requires attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are prepared and sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display and organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely manner
• Manage inventory preparation and execution to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Maintain care of equipment, displays, and gallery facilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic, high-energy team player with results-driven mindset
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and climbing
