Outlet Stock Associate - Cherry Hill Outlet

Summary

As an Outlet Stock Associate you will receive, process, and move merchandise from delivery to the sales floor at the Cherry Hill Outlet. This hands-on role supports inventory accuracy, stockroom organization, and safe handling of furniture and accessories. The position requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently, maximizing productivity and minimizing delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and onto the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure all inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient vehicle loading
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment and safety practices
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive physical movements including bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
